President/COO

Jim has a passion for the industry, it comes from his desire to build trust and relationships with Owners and Tenants by ensuring their needs are met. Jim fully understands the overall demands of leasing and property maintenance and enjoys learning something new everyday. It is Jim’s  goal to listen to your needs and make your move as stress free as possible.

Walter Crawford

Property Manager

Walter is a native of Greensboro and resides locally in the triad. He has a passion for helping and providing services for his community. With five years of property enhancing experience, Walter is dedicated to provide prompt communication and solve issues quickly for the Greensboro market.

Pearle Maravilla

Rental Coordinator

Pearle was born and raised in the Philippines and currently lives here in the United States. She graduated as Bachelor Science in Nursing. Pearle worked as a Customer Service Specialist before getting her Masters in Christian Counseling in South Korea. As a Rental Coordinator, Pearle, with her outstanding ability, provides tenants with support of all activities throughout the entire rental process and ensures tenant satisfaction. She determines tenants needs, schedules for requested repairs, and makes sure the repairs are completed in a timely fashion.

Karl Kolkmann

Showing Agent

Karl brings manager skills from 30 years in the construction industry, where he dealt with a large and varied labor force. Here he learned how to pull people together to achieve successful projects. The high pressure environment forged maintenance skills that keep facilities and properties running smooth. Karl is pursuing a North Carolina home inspection license, and also enjoys golfing ,and boating.

Debbie Craig-archer

Debbie spent 30 years as a Paralegal which included real estate law. Then her life journey changed and she moved into property management. Starting as a leasing consultant, she quickly worked her way up to property manager. She feels great satisfaction in finding that perfect home for people and providing great customer service.

Iya Stephens

Rental Coordinator

Iya was born and raised in North Carolina. Iya Stephens has been in the customer service Industry for 5+ years. She brings knowledgeable experience as an Assistant Operations Manager for 4 years. Iya enjoys providing a great service to homeowners and wanting to find them a great place to call home.
